Some useful questions to ask about your writing:

Has the reader been considered?

Is the purpose of the writing clear?

Is the order logical and appropriate to the purpose of the writing?

Are the paragraphs concise and clear as to their main point?

Are the headings easy to see and informative?

Is there any use of unnecessarily long words, jargon or abbreviations?

Are the sentences simple? Are there any unnecessary subordinate clauses that add to the length and cloud the meaning of sentences?

Is there good use of the active voice or is the style inclined too much towards the passive voice?

Is the layout easy to follow and does it aid the reader’s understanding of the main points being made?

Is the overall style of the writing appropriate for the reader? If not what style would be appropriate?
